NEW HYGIENE PROTOCOLS
We at Features are delighted to be able to offer our services again, but in order to ensure we provide a safe environment and safe treatments whilst the population remains at risk from this virus, we will be taking the following steps;
OUR SALON
We have undertaken a thorough review of our salon and the services we offer.
*All surfaces throughout the salon will be cleaned regularly and wiped with the appropriate cleaning product between each treatment.
*All items of equipment will be cleaned and disinfected before and after every treatment. This includes all metal instruments, brushes, bowls and tweezers.
*One-use disposable items will be used where possible.
*We will ensure adequate ventilation throughout the salon with doors and windows open where we are able to do so.
OUR TEAM
*We will care for our clients in a safe, hygienic and professional manner.
*We will adapt each treatment to uphold best practice, regarding hygiene and safety.
OUR TREATMENTS
*We will wear PPE during treatments where required. We will wash our hands before and after every treatments.
*PPE will be replaced after every treatment.
*We will stay with you throughout your treatment, to reduce the need to replace PPE and minimise infection.
CLIENT ARRIVAL & RECEPTION
*Reception area will be arranged to adhere to social distancing.
*We will stagger client arrival times to minimise close contact.
*Where possible we will escort you straight to the treatment room to avoid congestion in reception.
*We will clean the reception area regularly, including all door handles, card machine etc.
*All magazines will be removed and you will be offered bottled water to drink or feel free to bring your own.
WE ASK YOU, OUR CLIENT.
*To arrive at the time agreed, to maximise social distancing.
*Bring with you as little as possible, just essential items.
*To come alone.
*To wash your hands and/or use hand sanitiser on arrival.
*To avoid touching any surfaces.
*To wear a Face-mask if you feel it necessary.
*To contact us and re-arrange your appointment, if you have a temperature, or are feeling unwell or if any person in your household has the same or is self-isolating. If you feel anxious and don’t feel safe to come.
